well, today is our very first ever valentine's day married to each other. i used to be one of those people who thought valentine's day was pretty lame - you know, created by hallmark, blah-blah, etc. etc.... today? well, i still think it's just a little cheesy, but it's also good to take a day to tell your sweetheart how much you love him (or her, as the case may be). so far we've taken ryan movie shopping (one of his all-time favorite things) and will be watching the carefully-selected choice following a lovely ryan-grilled steak and shrimp dinner. we say we've gone that route because we don't have the money for going out, but really, we both prefer sitting at home together with no shoes and cozy blankies to fighting the crowds just to have someone else cook. take today to squeeze those you love, whether you're married or not. :) HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!
